When I press the horn button I hear a niose at the fuse box. No power to the horns. Is there something that has to be replaced in the fuse box?

Relay, less than ten bucks. You can pull this out, open it up and clean the contact. looks like a set of points inside. Mine was not at the box but near by.

don't hear a noise when I try to use the horn...I hear nothing at all. Could be the horns, could be the relay switch, could be the fuse. Problem is...where
are ANY of those? I'm assuming the relay is somewhere under the dash...is the fuse panel there, too? Which fuse is the right one? (I'm hoping they're labelled, but the picture in the 81 Manual is so small you can't read it)! And
where exactly ARE those horns? I can't find anything that looks even remotely like one under the hood!
