Hey gang.

I am on here for a completely different reason. I am a new service advisor at Maroone Chevrolet in Delray Beach, FL.

I wanted to get on some corvette sites, to keep tabs on your experiences, and learn from the people who know the most about corvettes, the owners on these sites.

Just wanted to say hi!

Welcome to  Corvette Forums, JP!

Wise decision, it's the owners of these awsome cars that are "in the know".
Feel free to dig around, and ask any questions that you may have.

Awesome! Thank you.

I've got 3 vettes in for service right now: two Z06's, and one '08 Vert.

Got two more scheduled to come in with "laundry lists" of work to be done as well.

I'm becoming very familiarized with the issues on these cars. Gets very repetitive for sure.

You're welcome.

Seems to me that all Vettes have three basic problems......
1. electrical
2. electrical
...and.....
3. electrical

Funny, everything I've seen has been roof creaks on the removable tops on C6's, and rear end clunks (the bulletin).

Had a '05 in here last week, we found bad RF and LR tie rod ends on it... (all covered under warranty still thankfully..). 28k miles and the owner walked out with new tie rods and a free 4 wheel alignment. It also had a power window switch go bad on the pass. side door as well.

Got a Z06 in here right now that the pass. side door can't be opened from the outside, and when that works, you can't open the door from in the inside!

Well, there are solutions, and you may very well find them here.
Not from me though, mine is a C3, but we have some very knowledgeable folks.
Try posting in the related forums here, bet cha will learn a thing or two.
