Is there any way to check your top G's on the g-meter? My brother put his 06 C6 into a pretty big slide on the freeway, and I wanted to find out there was a way to check what the top g-meter reading has been on the car (this would classify as his cars top G's pulled thus far).

You can buy various in-car monitoring systems like G-Tech, etc., that will tell you. But a car does not record its max Gs when it is sliding -- it records its max Gs when it just short of sliding and kept there.
