Howdy!

My name is Dave and i just joined up. im guessing this is a fairly new site? i am new to all of this, and im just bored at work, but ill try to stop in fromt time to time..

oh, i drive a 2004 Z06 and if you didnt figure it out, it is silver. and while i have had alot of cars that i have loved, it is one of the best cars i have ever driven, let alone owned!

when i first brought my car out of storage this year i was low on gas, and was i driving to the gas station and some kid in a 350Z pulled along side me and yelled "plastic toys are for little boys" and he revved...thats why i laugh at nissans Z car...it wasnt much of a race...

Glad you found the new fledgling Corvette Forums! It will grow in time. I love these cars, there really is no comparison. The 350Z dude was obviously an idiot...not to worry, my wife refers to ours as, "That black, plastic, POS!" I think she's jealous...she's kidding around, but she just doesn't understand why I like the car so much!

An '03 Mazda Protege...she thinks cars are a waste, and used for point A to B. The really wants an SUV, but she has trouble enough getting this one around... More dents than you can imagine in 2 years...

ouch....i am lucky enough to be blessed with a wonderful GF who appreciates cars as not only a means of transportation but a toy as well....but my mom is like your wife...the whole A to B thing...so i know what you mean..my dad keeps her in volvos because she hasnt destroyed one yet...although she has been close!

i suppose that is one advantage of being single....
