If I don't drive my 2001 for a couple days, the HUD goes back to the original setting of OIL and the MPG goes back to 0. Does anyone else have this problem? It drives me crazy because I like to keep track of the gas mileage! Is there a fix or does this happen in all 2001's and other years?

How old is your battery? I've heard of strange things happening when the battery is getting ready to die......

That could definitely be the problem. My battery wasn't connected tightly once and it cause me a few headaches.
