Any one has same problem? My vette has front wheel tire PSI problem... It looks good on tire and air pressure. but lihgt keep coming up saying that " I need Tire Service"
What is it? Do I need to change a tire or sensor? any one have any idea?
Thanks

it sounds like an electrical issue of some sort, possibly a TPM sensor

They can be a little finicky.
I'm in the service, and my car gets parked for long periods of time. They don't work too well at first when I get back in it, but then slowly come back.
When you replace your tires, they don't work until you get 5 or 10 MPH going...can't remember the exact speed. Every once in a while, my back right one doesn't work, but goes away. I'm not interested in paying $250+ for a new sensor either.
Have you replaced your tires or had someone pull that tire recently? Perhaps it was damaged.

No... I had no problem until I made oil change. The mechanic adjusted Air pressure only...
And now what ! My turn signal not work properly... it goes away comes back. It this some sensor relay problem?

Does it say Tire service or (low / Flat tire). if it says service its a communication problem with the reciever ( which happens to be incorporated with the remote control door lock reciever ) and the individual tire sensors, since the tires are monitored independantly and the rear tires are working fin leads me to think a sensor in the tires, as far as the turm signal thing its a stright foreward system power comes in to the HAZ warn swiththrough the trun signal switch and out to the lights, pretty simple actually. either the flasher, haz/warn switch or turn signal switch. i've included a schematic of the turn signal circuit for you.

Sorry to hear that, i know how you feel about the dealer, if you want to save a few bucks the sensors are cheaper through online resources, you could purchase them through there and have in firestone store install them for a far less service fee. or purchase the same gm part through NAPA cheaper that the dealer and ask the dealer to install them, they dont like it but as long as you buy original GM parts they have to install them and warranty the service. good luck.
