Hey guy's, I really not bragging, but I finnally realized that dreams can come true. I picked up my new Victory Red C6 Z06 on 11/04/05. She's a real monster! Just got 600 miles on her, so, I guess she is ready to rock in roll...Baby! She's everything you've read about, and much more. The hell with whether or not the interior looks "low rent" as one mag said. I bought her because of how she is engineered. I don't care if she is compared to a Viper or the Ford GT40. I just have a new love affair with the car of my childhood dreams, and I'm on cloud nine!!!!

Congrats on achieving your dream. It truly is a wonderful car, and of course when it gets compared to Vipers or GTs, it generally comes out favorably (not Motor Trend had it faster around a road course than even the GT).
How long did you have to wait? Sometimes the years od dreaming makes it all worthwhile. I had to wait 30+ years and pay for four colledge educations: first my own college, then marriage and raising and putting 3 kids through school, before I could afford to play with cars like I had always wanted.

Congrats. My new Z06 will be in my garage next month and I cannot wait. I told my wife that I was going to sleep naked in it the first night....LOL
