Loose seat Track

I have a 98 C-5 the driver side seat track has a little play in it does anybody have a fix for this?

it sounds to me like something has come loose in the track...have you tried removing the seat and having a look?

i had a similar problem removed the seat checked the gear it appeared ok but then i noticed the drive motor that controls fwd and rear movement was a little lose, tightened it up no problems
