MidAmerica Corvette FunFest

Who all is going to the MidAmerica Corvette Funfest in Effingham, Il. 9/21 - 9/23 ???
 
Have never been but heard a lot of good stuff about it.  Myself and some members from our
Paducah Corvette Club (Four Rivers Corvette Club) are going up.    Should be a good time.
They say they are looking for 14,000 Corvettes that week-end.  They will take over that little
town.

Always wanted to go but haven't had the opp.  Too hard for me to get aound
 
But yeah, I too have heard MANY cool things about it
 
Bring your plastic

Oh no, not the dreaded "bring your plastic"!!!!!    Oh well, it goes to figure.  If you wanna play, you're
gonna have to pay. 
 
Should be a good time.

There are SOOOOOOO many really cool things there that you HAVE to buy something
 
Probably why my better half won't help me get there yet

Several from our club are going up from Arkansas.  Always a good time.  I have a shopping list made out for my 69 and 90.  They take the plastic and SMILE.  j

Do a day trip on the last day. And take your truck, not your vette. Vendors do NOT want to pack stuff back up or take anything back to the warehouse.
