I have a 2002 vette with a catback and cold air intake , It has also been tuned .I ran with a 03 cobra with a aut.trans and a Kenny Bell blower on it and stayed right with him. A zo6 should have no problem with a cobra

not here to argue but you are saying your couple bolts on Z06 stayed even with a KB cobra? lol, i guess anything happens on the streets.
by the way, the reasion i posted this on a vette forum cuz i wanted to see if i could get some honest opinions here. I already know the answer pullied cobra > stock C5 z06. i just wanted to see show him this poll but looks like the first poster has no idea and still commented that z should have no problem with cobra.
ummm.. sir, what is the fastest bone stock Z06 time? i will tell you a pullied cobra has gone 11.2@124mph full weight. myself ran 11.3@122mph in my pullied cobra. so how about the Z?

A cobra with JUST a pulley...I dont know anyone who's even done JUST a pulley...maybe when they first came out...a stock LS6 ZO6 makes about 360rwhp..which is pretty much what a 03/04 cobra will put down stock..give or take a few...both cars are under rated from the factory...JUST a lightning pulley has been known to add about 60rwhp with a tune behind it..putting it around 415-420rwhp...given the added 500lbs of the cobra...Id say it would be very close...my guess is the cobra might pull the LS6 from a slow roll but might get reeled in on the big end...just a guesstimate...
