Wheels and Tires! Help!

Dear Expert....
 
1- I want to purchase wheels and tires for an HPDE event I have starting on 6/15. I own a 2004 Z06 and the car is stock accept for Calloway Group 1 & 2, race seats and 5 peice harnesses.  I have not lowered or altered the suspension.
 
Givens:
 
2- I need to drive the car to the events instead of towing it. My events range from 2-4 hrs away.
 
3- Tire size:
 
I have picked out the following size tires:
 
275-35-ZR-18’s Front
305-30-ZR-18’s Rear
 
4- Tire Brand: I think that the Toyo RA1 or Hoosier D.O.T Rain Wet will do it. I have a price of $1255 for the set of Toyo RA1's
 
5- Wheels: I am told that the wheel sizes I need are the following:
 
18 x 10.5 – 11 Front
18 x 11.5 – 12 Rear
 
 6-Questiones:
 
-Is this really the wheel size I need for this tire size?
-Does anyone feel that this size will cause any rubbing in the front wheel well?
-Other than CCW [for $2200/set for wheels] does anyone know of a company that sells wheels in this size?
 
 
Please let me know your thoughts. I could really use the help and am running out of time...
