The wind baffel under the front facia scrapes on almost all curb cuts and drive ways. while i am quite used to this becuase my camaro did the same thing I was just wondering if anyone removed theirs? And if so what are there and detriments to such removal?

It's there for a reason: only the factory engineers know whether it is to control air flow under the car (in which case removing it could make the car unsafe above, say, 140 mph), or to augment cooling but controlling air flow around the radiator and lower engine bay, or both. I wouldn't remove it.
