Well, Thanks to Custom Corvettes of Corpus Christi, Mike and Leo and Andre the seats are on and a few more things like the console cover and the wheel. The door handles will be in next week and the handle over the passenger airbag. What do you think there Lee? Next comes the slicks and the new rims for them will be here next week. Then the 6 pt. rollbar so we will be able to hit the races. Sure am enjoying this adventure.

pic 3 The Car C5 , Magnusson super charger with intercooler, Lanati cam, kooks headers and X pipes, Borla 3 inch stainless exhaust, valve train kit with heavy springs, Spec 3 racing clutch and slave cylinder, Racing output shaft, Blackwing electric airflow system, Racing syncros, 160 degree thermostat programed, slotted and drilled racing rotors and brake assemblies. Put together at Motor Sports Technology and programed. Dyno tested rear wheels 521 horsepower with 496 pounds of torque. Should be ready for business in about 2 weeks with the rollbar and slicks. Hope this project will move as fast as I have been told.

The seats were done by Customized Factory Interiors, (leatherseats.com)... Very pleased with the work and recommend them.

Looking very good. I plan to have the theme of my interior silver and black, and anything related to performance is going to have a red theme (rotors, various engine components, etc...). If you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost to get your seats done?

I had called Al Knoch and looked at having some seats done by him for 1000. But then on Ebay came on with this setup and even had the console cover. I purchased it for 780 including the shipping. You might call the company and see what they have in Silver and black and can do for you. Al Knoch is one of the tops but I was impressed with Customized Factory Interiors. (leatherseats.com).

Looks very good. The colors really pick up the interior. I love the matching trim on the console. WOW.

Tell me how you like the roll cage. My son keeps telling me to get one, and I know its required for racing, but the one in the Camaro is such a pain that I just don't want it . . . maybe a vett'es is different.

Hello Lee, the six point I am getting ,,actually 2 of us are getting them, will also have the driver and passenger side available in removeable , which will help. I also am going to fit the camera (video) mount on it and record the race action. Man have I gone overboard or what........ compulsive vette owner...lol. The door handle and air bag passenger console grip are also millenium yellow and should be in next week. I am also changing the red valve covers to .......you guessed it ...millenium yellow.

Well, you really have the addiction as bad as I do. Sure is fun isn't it?

The yellow covers on the engine will look good, I'm sure.
