So he gets all these shares, then what's he going to do? How often does the board meet? Does he thing at the age of 87 he's going to live long enough to see these huge gains?

the problem with a corporate pirate is that they generally will swoop in, take advanatage of the company as much as possible, often doing some damage, then sell it, leaving it a bit damaged. people like him are the ones who cause things liek enron.

I'm not sure I agree with the Enron comparison...(not trying to argue)...I thought the deal with Enron was that they were crooked, jacked up the books to appear more successful, vice trying to take over to sell off the pieces...generally when it comes to corporate pirates, that is the game plan, buy it, sell off the pieces...
Or so this dummy thought.;)

well, i didnt mean to compare enron to a pirated corp...the problem was corruption...but a corporate pirate can have the same effect on investors as corruption...i should have specified that a bit. enron was because they were cooking the books....and embezzeling funds.

i thought about trading up, of sorts, but this is a car that i have looked forward to for a long time, and i dont think i could part with it. i have had new cars before, but never something like my Z.
hopefully this old man doesnt foul up the company too much.

well, it will depend on how much control he gets, and whether or not he brings his own people in with him.
