Here are some pictures of the jig we built for the rear mufflers which will mate up with the stock H-pipe in the first version of our Zoomers Z06 Axle-Back Exhaust. The second version will be a complete cat-back with x-pipe.

Keep in mind this is the prototype for the jig and not the final product.... The final product will be tig welded and polished. There is still some tweeking to do to get it perfect, but it's looking good. I heard it today and it sounds awsome. Haven't drove it yet but we'll get in a road test tomorrow to determine if it needs the resonator cans or not. Take a look...

Hey, I forgot the Block is this Sunday. Looks like we will be crusing to Dana Point via Santiago Canyon, and Live oak canyon road. I'll get a good ideal what the new exhaust sounds like.

Where do you reduce from 3" to 2.5" - at the back or at the front of the X-pipe? Personally, I am looking for a full 3" exhaust for a C5 - anyone know one (I mean all the way from the collectors back.

This is an axle back your looking at we will make a x-pipe assembly for the Zo6 as well..we start working on it next week. It will be 3" all the way. We presently don't make a cat-back for the C5
