I have an 2004 C5 with the High Polished wheels. I would think they were polished and sealed to begin with. Now what is the best way to wash them and keep the shine.

The High polished wheels that look similar to chrome. Are they sealed with a clear coat?

IF THEY ARE GETTING DULL OR OXIDIZED THEY ARE NOT COATED....THEY ARE JUST POLISHED..... THE LINK IGAVE YOU SELLS THE BEST POLISH IN THE WORL,,ILOVE THE STUFF,,,IF THE RIMS ARE COATED YOU WILL NO,THEY WILL LOOK LIKE THEY ARE CLEAR COATED.. AND IF THEY ARE YOU CAN NOT POLISH THEM.YOU WOULD HAVE TO STRIP THE CLEAR OFF:)

Yes the wheels keep there shine right now, so I believe they are coated and I don't want to take off the coating. I will just wash them and wipe down with microfiber cloth.

YOU CAN USE ANY WHEEL CLEANER THAT SAYS CLEAR COAT SAFE:D

I use something called s100. they make to diffent kinds wheel & tire & total that can also be used on paint , This is the on i use it is great on brake dust to, bug guts on your nose conr.

I prefer to polish and seal my wheels with Klasse AIO and Klasse SG. After I'm down, I can just use my wash mitt and the regular car wash soap to clean the wheels. They clean very easily but if you use wheel cleaner it will strip the sealant.
