I think he is asking about measured rear wheel horsepower - as measured on something like a Dynojet 240.

Numbers I've seen with my own eyes are:
Stock 98 Z28 (305 HP rating - 6 speed): 297 RWHP and 310 ft. lbs
Stock C5 (350 HP rating - 6 speed): 308 RWHP and 311 ft-lbs
Stock C5ZO6 (405 HP rating - 6 speed): 359 RWHP and 362 ft-lbs
Stock C6 (400 HP rating - 6 speed): 354 RWHP and 355 ft-lbs torque
Stock GTO (400 HP rating - 6 speed): 351 RWP and 350 ft-lbs

The GTO and the C6 have the same basic engine, just slightly different exhaust, so they should be very close.
