A familt friend is selling a 1966 Convertible, original 327/300 being put back in it now (he had put a 350 in it but saved everything) original auto Powermatic tranny, actually in nice shape. Its original color was Nassau blue, its a different color now but I am looking to have it repainted to the original color. He has owned it for at least 20 years, 2nd owner, not used for anything more than to just really putt around in and drive (he also has a 66 427 and 2000 Vette). He wants $30K but told me to make an offer, what would be a reasonable offer to make?

I really don't have enough info to give you a value. If you can post some pics, that would be a big help. :)
30 g's?, she better be in pretty good shape! ;)
Besides the fresh 327, any other work done, like interior, suspension, body, elec., etc.?
