I bought mine used at the dealer. I wanted a Z06 and just couldn't afford a new one. I had just convinced my wife to let me get a 'vette and I was pushing the limit with the price of the used Z06.

Bought mine new and paid sticker (it wasthe new 405 HP model, only out a couple of months)

Bought mine used last August with 69k miles on it from a reputable (so I am told) dealer. Also got a Universal Warranty Corp. 3yr $200 deductable nose to tail coverage. So far the only trouble has been a faulty multi-function switch which was covered. Next expense is new tires [&:]

My C5 was the first new car I had EVER bought, although I owned my 68 vert for almost 22 years before I sld it to buy the C5. I was able to get it at $2500 below sticker. 3 years later, my neighbor bought hers for $11,000 under sticker. I guess good things come to those who wait. The tax alone for my car was $4000 - yee-haw!

Boughtmy 98used a week ago yesterday, got a great deal. I can not be any more pleased. I will never be without one now. I am ruined.

I bought mine a few weeks ago from a dealer. I had a few minor problems( headlight motor and fading dual air display) but took care of these myself. Very pleased otherwise! Then again I would be happy with any vette any shape.

I had both my headlight motor gearsgo out on me 2 months after I gotmy car. It is a very easy fix though and cheap.

Purchased mine used as well in Sept '05 with only 22,225 miles on her...only thing I regret is not buying from an actual Chevy dealership and going with a small side of the street style dealership.

Gother built "my way", when I specialordered heron June 7, 1998;

She rolled of the assembly line on September 18, 1998 (Our oldest son's birthday is 9/18);

Picked her up at the dealer and drove her home on October 13, 1998;

AND I think she's become a permanent member of the family!!

I bought mine used,sight unseen. I found it on the internet at home,while I was working inTexas, I had my son look at it, when he told me it was a 50th anniversary and IKelley Blue booked it. It was 8K under priced,I bought it. I wasn't able to see or drive it for 3 months.
