I had the instrument light cluster in the console go out a few weeks back (Speedo and Tach still worked). I also have had problems with the wipers and I think they may be related since messing around with the wiper switch I was able to get them to come on briefly. The wiper relay I believe is in the center console, and there is also a small printed circuit board in the center console. Can anyone fill me in on what the circuit board is for and give me some ideas of where to start looking? I was in there yesterday and dipstick me, did something and now I don't have the speedo or tach lights either. I have checked all the fuses and all checked good with an ohmeter. I have been working on cars for many years, but my electrical skills could use a little work.

I guess I was totally asleep when I put that initial post up here. The car is a 1979 and just rolled over for it's first 100,000 miles.
