I will keep it short, he stepped up to me and wanted to race, I didn't get over 80mph on a 55mph road and had already put about 4-5 cars on him, I also had a 200lb passanger and he was alone. We raced a 2nd time and basically the same result, I ended up getting flipped off when my buddy waved at him to catch up to us:D........ Do people buy these cars, keep them stock and have no reality how fast they reallyare? Maybe he had put a cold air intake on it and felt he could now take on a vette.:eek:This race would have been like me in my 240sx stepping up to a stock c5 vette and trying to race, I know better than that though and never once fronted a car I knew was much faster than mine.

I really couldn't figure out why I even raced this guy..... I came to the conclusion that I wanted him to see that his car was not very fast.

BTW this was on a back 4 lane road that was seperated by a guard rail with no other traffic but us.

PS: im gettting a digi camcorder so everyone on here can see the comedy that I see everyday. You wouldn't believe some of the cars that people try to get me to race. Again I think it's the people thinking their car is way faster than it is because it looks fast syndrome.

Nice kill. Remember people are always going to try you. I had a guy in a BMW x5 try to race me before, people are just want to see what the Vette can do.

The guys that want to waste my time, not to mention gas,get the "shoulder brushoff". When I do that, the driver looks pissed and his buddy in the passenger seat is laughing...:)
