I want to use my sirius subscription in this car and my ipod. What would be the best way to accomplish this? i.e. specific head units, etc..

I know that the xm system that comes stock has the satellite antenna hidden in the side mirror and you can connect it to the GM sirius tuner.If a car does not comestock withXM is their any way to still run the antenna in the same hidden manner?
