I did some research and bought a set from Ecklers. The pictures I saw from damaged rocker panels was enough for me.

i have them [home made] but i,m too lazy to use them.if your careful no damage to rockers

I did damage 1 rocker previous to building some pucks
myself. (hockey pucks and 1/4 inch eye-bolts)
I store my car on a hoist, and have not damaged it
since using the pucks.
I definitely recommend using them.
