Default fuse box

i've just purchased a 76 stingray corvette and i dont know where the fuse box is. i dont have a manual to check. can anyone point me to it. thanks

it's straight back behind the hood release...look up a little bit. you have to have your head pretty much all the way under the dash...oh and don't forget your flashlight!!!! i have a 76 as well.....are you restoring it????

thank for the info. yes i'm restoring it, i have the motor pretty much chromed it only has 37 thousand miles on rebuilt motor. i'm actually dropping car off monday to rebuild tranny. i got i price for $850 th350 with a converter and shift kit. how is your restoration coming along

it's going SLOWLY.....but surely right?? lol i only need a couple more things done to it before i can get it on the road. i really want to drive it to my graduation(from univ. of Memephis) on Dec. 17....hopefully it's not too much of a shot in the dark!

GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR RESTORATION. I HAVE TO SAY WHAT A DIFFERENCE WITH A SHIFT KIT. DO YOU KNOW HOW OR WHERE TO GET A REAR WINDOW THAT COMES OU. IS THERE A KIT FOR SALE. DO YOU KNOW OF ANYBODY WHO HAS A WINDOW THAT COMES OUT
