So I have an awful creaking sound from both sides of the front suspension. It's horribly annoying. I jacked it up and looked, none of the bushings are bad except for the ones at the base of the leaf spring that runs horizontally from control arm to control arm. The dealership was no help on finding parts, saying the isolators were discontinued. I turned to Energy Suspension via Oreilly Auto parts. They special ordered me a set of 3.2140G bushings from them. They came saying they were for the rear. When I asked Oreilly rep about it, he said they should work on both ends of the car. The rep from Energy Suspension said, " I personally spoke with our mechanic and he informed me that no they will not go on the front springs. All I can suggest is looking through our universals page and hopefully find something there based on measurements." Anyone have any insight on this situation? There isn't much to go off of on the internet that I could find! Thank you all! Yall have saved my butt on several occasions with working on this beautiful machine.
