Default No Power to Climate Control Panel

Hey guys, I have a 2002 with 29K miles and my Climate Control panel stopped working. The led lights started getting dim, then went out completely as well as All the Controls. I pulled the panel and resolder the bad connections on the circuit board but still No Led Lights or Power. None of the buttons work. Is there a Fuse or Relay that Powers the unit and perhaps went bad because of the old cold solder joints? I've had the unit out twice now and would love to make the 3rd time a charm. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks ....Rocket

Ah mannn, please don't make me take it to the shop, it'll cost me $400 and I just know some gearhead on here knows whether there is a Fuse or Relay that Controls the Climate Controls.
A $5 Starbucks card to the winner. Thanks ....Ron

A bad solder joint is usually the original problem on these C5s. Check the fuse--per the owner's manual.
