Default '13 showing "Service" messages

Have you experienced any “service” messages on your Corvette.? Do you think a weak cell in the battery might give you such readings. Took a 300 mile round trip this weekend and on the way home yesterday, I started getting 3 messages flashing in DIC. One said to service the traction control, one said service the antilock brake control and one said to service the active handling control. Stopped and looked in the manual and it says to turn it off and restart and the icons should reset and go away. But they didn’t. About 50 miles later on the way home, the messages and icons went away. All was fine until I drove it the next time, and they came back. Looked online and someone had said their weak battery might be the cause. Checked with ohm meter and after being driven it read 12.91 so I disconnected the postive side of battery and let it sit for a while. Hooked it back up and they came back. Drove it for about 15 minutes and checked it again and it was only reading 12.92. After charging the battery for several hours, the voltage read 13.4 With the engine running it still just shows 13.4. It has the old style battery you put water in. Didn’t know they still used them in new cars. One cell was low on water. Called chevy parts about a new battery and they couldn’t believe it had the old style battery and they didn’t even list it in their books. Everything now comes with a sealed battery. Anyone else have a ’13 with the old style battery? Makes me wonder if for some reason the dealer may have changed it out and they denied that they ever do anything like that. And they are booked up for two weeks but I could leave it with them if I wanted...

The only other thing that I am wondering might be causing the messages is that before we left town, I put the new tires on it and had them balanced and then took it to an alignment shop. Wondering if they could have messed up the wheel sensors. A diagnostic check shows the left front sensor is reading 0. Checked the wiring and everything was plugged in. Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated… Sorry for the long post.
