c5 LEAKing Targa...
So the rubber on my c5 targa is pretty good, no deterioration or anything, however it leaks in the front corners Driver and Passenger sides. Where the targa meets the windshields meets the side window. On the highway in the rain, it doesn't leak... however standing water does find it's way down.
Someone told me you can adjust the clips, and also pull the windows in? How in the world would you pull the windows in? And the rear solo clip of the targa isn't pulling it back much anyway. Would it need to pull it back more? It's very tight as it is w/ the front clips. Thanks ~Kevin |

Have you applied dielectric (silicone) grease to the rubber seals? If not, try this, ASAP!

Thanks, but that's a convertible.
Doesn't really help. |

http://www.c5forum.com/cgi-bin/ultim...47.html#000002 and http://www.c5forum.com/cgi-bin/ultim...48.html#000002 this adjusts the window tip in to seal better as well |
