I should of explained it when I posted, sorry about that.

Four Star Abrasive Enhancing Gel extends the life of sandpaper of any size or grit. AEG clings to body panels and eliminates the use of water. The added lubrication allows sandpaper to produce a more even finish and helps prevent deep unnecessary scratches. AEG can be used on clear coated, painted, or non painted surfaces, fiberglass, gel coat, gold, brass, silver, aluminum, plastic and glass! May be used by hand or machine.
