I don't know about you... but when I come to one of those many road 'de-construction' sites... I slow down to the posted speed, even below.  So why is it that every time when I look in my rear view... some yabo is so close I can see the whites of his eyes and what kind of cel phone he has?  I got one back today though... when I got back on the pavement... it was covered with a light dusting of gravel... 5500 in first pretty much peppered the front on that Honda mini van.  Bet he'll think twice next time he leaves 5 feet between vehicles in a construction zone!!!

Or why is it that when you do slow down to the posted limit everyone speeds past you. I know if I didn't slow down there would be a cop ready to catch me speeding.

Or when a cop is near... everyone stomps on the binders and goes 15 mph slower than the speed limit... and you look like you're going too fast...

......or, why do all these boom box cars get to disrupt peace and quiet, but I have to have mufflers. Inconciderate little twits, all those "Thump-Thump" a-holes can kiss my headers. I be plannin' on burnin' a few paint jobs with the side pipes, when I get done.

How about this.  It's June 25, and it SNOWED here last night.  Really.  4.5 inches.  I'm moovin' to the desert... or Texas... or maybe the valley down below.  They only got 2".   Hey Dave... how about a new project.  Lets put a big block in my Triumph TR6.  That oughta be fun...
See ya,
Wedge

Snow? Ya sure ya don't live in Reno? I've seen snow here on the 4th of July.
A hot wrench, saws all, and a little determination, we can get that BB in.

I've thought about stuffin' a nice 350 in one of my Z-cars, probably the 260. That would be fun too.

I just happen to have a 350 4 bolt layin' around. Needs a ring job, but I've been tryin' to think of a use for it. Rototiller?  Hmmmmmm...........

Why is it, when ya don't have an engine, ya can think of a bazillion uses, but when ya have an extra one, ya can't remember what ya wanted it for?
Mold Age, I guess.
