Hi I am new here and I just bought a 1969 corvette and I was doing some research and found that they have new ZL1 engines for sale, I was wondering if any of you have any information on this engine. I know that it originally came out in the 1969 corvette and that it was extremelly rare, which is why I am interested in droping this engine in my 69. Thanks
My vette had its engine blown by the first owner and the engine was replaced with a rebuilt engine and the transmition was replaced with a different rebuilt trany, so I dont need to wory about matching #'s. I am still unclear on the specs of the new ZL1 and if any of you know a website that has reliable specs on this engine I would be glad, I have seen several sites that have different specs and prices on this engine so I am not sure what is correct, thanks for any help.
