Also, I found a minor oil leak. Attached is a picture of the part the leak is coming from. I'm not sure what it is, but it's located on the bottom of the car on the drivers side.

Power steering cyl. and hose.
Nice Vette, by the way.

O.K. Rick, here's some places to go for parts and add-on's, these are located in the south, east, and mid-west. www.corvetteamerica.com, www.corvettecentral.com, www.ecklers.com, www.corvette-paragon.com, www.mamotorworks.com, www.AtlantaCorvette.com, www.zip-corvette.com. All of these suppliers will be happy to send you a catalogue, lots of info in them with diagrams. You can get the right antenna from any one of these.

Thanks for the sites. I've been checking a few and sadly none list the size. I'm primarily trying to avoid the nasty shipping and handling fees since I live in hawaii. To ship an antenna pretty much doubles the cost of the item.

Oh, Hawaii, I've heard of that place. The wife wants to visit Hawaii, I told her I won't fly, it's gonna' take me some time to get there by car. Anyway, I don't know what else to suggest for the hard to find parts.

Yeah, hawaii has really expensive parts. It's nice out here though. Oh, I finally found out what fuse is drawing power. It's the clock and sys bat fuse on the left side of the box. Anyone have a wiring diagram that could let me know what all is connected to that? The local parts store has to special order all that stuff.

Pic #1 is your steering unit...  that isn't oil, it is power steering fluid.  :)

Pic #2 is a VERY sweet looking ride.

Pic #3 is one of your rear bushings...  If they are starting to look all cracked and icky, they will start to cause a rough, bumpy, or "the back end seems to want to oversteer the car into turns" handling problems, depending on how many and how bad the wear is.  A complete new set is in the $100-150 range, and should only take a few hours in the shop to get fixed.  It will definitely make a difference in handling and ride, and is a great time to check out the whole rear suspension for wear and potential trouble spots.

bill.

Thanks :) I'll see if I can find the parts. Now I need to look online to find an air compressor to fix my a/c.

More specifically, it's the power steering control valve.  That's too big a carb it's a 350.

Previous owner had it put on. I'm looking into a 650-750 currently.
