Hi, i got a Weiand 177 blower on my 388. What air/fuel ratio do you guys think makes the most power? Currently I run a 12.4 to 1 air/fuel ratio. I went richer and lost power on the chassis dyno. If I would go much richer like maybe 10.5 or 11.0 to 1 would power come back up since all the additional fuel is cooling the intake charge. I'm on 11 psi of boost with 110 octane. Any ideas.

Sometimes you just gotta try it, imo. May lose power on the dyno, but in the heat of summer, the extra fuel may indeed cool the intake charge, as you suggested, making the car faster at the track. How fast you spinning that blower? I actually run a 177 on a 406 in a 77' corvette myself. I got it running just before the tracks around here shut down for winter, so I have'nt had a chance to dial it in yet. Maybe we should compare notes in the future.
