So ya been spyin' on me, eh?
Yup, "old school" is about all I know, and not a whole lot of it, but I get by.
Don't wait for us to come up with some answers, ask the questions, it'll go a lot faster.

Oh ya, Welcome to CF, Tom!

TtopTom,  You HAVE to get into this "Coast to Coast Relay."  If you're going to be "lite to lite," you'll just have to "rap it out" on the highway for a short day.  We'll only be traveling at a "just above the limit" pace.  You have plenty of time to plan.  It'll be a good time, to say the least.  And "welcome to the site."
For the "lite to lite" set-up, you'll have to get big gears and run a "good top end" so you aren't floating any valves (w/ a small block) just prior to up-shifting.
Looking forward to hearing more from you...

Tom.  Good luck with your '68.  I remember when my secretary's hubby got a new, black '68 Coupe.  I'd go out and drool everyday at lunch.
