Not sure what it is but I'm interested. I would like to know more about what you are talking about.

I let this event go by this year not due to an "uninterested" amount of relay participants, but due to MY loaded up schedule that I haden''t anticipated, but something I in no way could blow-off.  I really don''t know if the fuel prices would have put a dampner on the event, it may have to some extent, and the whole plan had to do w/ the event being a small price to pay, both on time and money, and at the same time getting together through one-another and linking us all together as a group.  In all, making it participant friendly.
Sorry for the let-down, if there was one, and hopefully it can be accomplished next year.

Not to worry TJ. Now we just have even more time to plan....right. Cheers

Maybe we could get Starship to make it a "sticky" so it stays fresh.

Blueshark, Thanks f/ your "understanding."  I DO hope that this extra time gives us a better turn-out.  I hope the gas prices continue to drop, as this will surely help w/ one of the main objectives of this event, being "dollar friendly."
  Thanks again, Sincerely, Texas Jim

Some forum software calls it a "sticky" when it''s pinned to the top.  Don''t worry, you done good!

Hey Tex don''t worry about it.  We can still pull it off next year.  It would be fantastic if we could contact Chevrolet and get some help from them, if only in promoting it throughout the U.S.  Just think of the possibilities!!  Maybe since we have time now we could check into it?

Not sure Chevrolet is going to have much extra promotional money to throw around for awhile.  A better bet might be to see if the NCM would publicize it.  I know they do club car shows in their e-mail newsletter.
