What do the metal tags on the bottom of the seat mean? - 2/22/2008 6:09:21 PM    1974corvetteowner   Posts: 215 Joined: 8/11/2005 Status: online Well I am in the process of redoing my seats. While I was taking them apart i found a metal tag attached to the bottom of the seat and on this tagthere is a series of number and letters. I was woundering if anyone knew what these tags are for. That's where people have been finding their's. Mine was gone. I guess they can be effected buy weather and such.
