Is it true?  On a 1990 C4 can a leaking break booster diaphram (vacuum leak) cause loss of power?

A vacuum leak in a brake booster will make you use both feet to stop the car, but I never heard of a loss of HP from that! Maybe others will know. PG.

Any vacuum leak, no matter where in the system, will cause drivability issues. Poor idle/hunting idle, increased fuel use, engine light, poor performance, etc.

Thanks.  I guess I will have to add this to the list.
