You know that old saying your dad used to throw out at you every time you popped for some new chrome wheels... 'A fool and his money are soon parted'? Look up fool in the dictionary... you will probably see that guys picture.   If I had 6.8m to blow... it wouldn't be on a license plate.

 I couldn't get the vid to play, so,......what did the plate say?
6.8 mil for a plate? Doesn't really matter what it says, I guess......
