Not direct bolt in, no. Although C5 seats in a C3 do look very nice and it's always great to have the side supports. I've seen seat rails on eBay that allow for the conversion, several people make them. With some patience and good wiring you can have the seat controls as well, just remember to use a fuse of some sort. I hope you're willing to pay through the nose though, even used C5 seats are DAMN $$$$.
