I'm not much of fan of tan, however the C5 in pewter on tan does look pretty sharp. I would suggest doing a search in the autotrader and finding a C5 or 6 silver(pewter) on tan at a local dealership and feign the whole kicking tires routine.. Unless you're lucky enough to be one of the wealthy ones, paint isn't something you can just change your mind on if you dont like it. I would try taking a picture of your car from the outside with an angle that allows as much view of the interior as possible. Then load the image into photoshop and paint a little of the car and see how it looks. The paint shop you choose probably has a computerized color mixing system and the operator should be able to give you what's called a HEX(or Hexidecimal) code for the color of the paint as a computer would interpret it. You can use that code when choosing your color in Photoshop and it will get the color close enough to make a determination on preference. Good luck!

I saw a Vet with silver and tan and It wouldn't be my choice.
Blue and tan or red and tan or even black and tan is good.
British Racing green and tan  is really good.
Also, I would suggest getting your Vet blasted with baking soda to remove all of the paint.
Much faster and cheaper then stripping and sanding.
Stripping can also cause bubbles.

If it's your daily driver it willbe tough to keep clean.
If it's your fun car and you keep it covered most of the time it will stay a lot cleaner.
