So what will be new on the '09s? I don't mean colors or interiors. I mean mechanical stuff. Anyone know yet? thnx!

How about 638 HP from the ZR1's 6.2 liter LS9 engine, 604 pound-feet torque with a top speed of 205 MPH!! 0-60 better than 3.7 seconds. The hood, fenders and parts of the roof will be made out of carbon fiber to reduce weight. Cost: Around $100,000.00. GM is planning on selling about 2,000 of them this model year. That's all I've found for now.

Thnx but I was looking for info not in every magazine for the last three months. 3.7 for $100K is no big deal if I can get 4.1 out of the base model for less than half that price. What is new on the NON - Z Vettes, please? Base model? Anything noteworthy? Anyone know? I still want one but it will not happen until I get rid of one of my two SRT-10 trucks and that will not probably happen until next spring but I like to plan ahead. I think I am after the cheapest one with the stiff suspension and stick.
