Touch Up paint question.

My 76 has a few minor paint flaws that I was wanting to touch up. I know the paint codes: OEM Valspar PPG DuPont 56 Bright Yellow Y298 2756 43464 and I also know that it was lacquer paint. I've heard touch up lacquer is near impossible to find, but I was hoping you guys knew of somewhere.
