I had a mechanic replace the original LT1 after it cracked a piston at 51,309 miles while at a stop light, The replacement has 50,450 miles onit . The used engine checked out great with compression and all. The fuel pressure has checked out ,new feul filter and other things which could cause this problem, The car has to be "babied" for almost a minute or until it starts warming up then does great. He has replaced the computer and many sensors, he is a buddy and usually does not work on vettes but is a excellant mechanic can anyone help with suggestions please, he is feeling really depressed and I know it could be something minor-he even changed the ignition cyclinder so any suggestion would help
