rear exhaust panel

When I got car it had fake side pipes. I''m going back with headers and under car exhaust. The rear panel now has no holes for tailpipes. Did Chevy make 2 panels-one for side exhausts that was blank and one for under car exhaust with holes for tailpipes? Thanks

There were also 2 types of panels depending on the year... ''68-69 had round openings, ''70 up had square openings.

Several aftermarket Corvette vendors carry them.
