1990/L98/350:  I posted this in the C-4 section but no response.  Can one of you teckies tell me the "Chilton Labor Time" or an "estimated" time to remove and replace the valve cover gaskets on my stock, 90/L98?   I''m an average "shade tree" mech. with all the tools.  Thanks, j

I wouldn''t think it would take over an hour to do both sides. Hood open, to hood closed. ( depends on clean up and prep required )
You may have to move some stuff, but it''s not really complicated. Just don''t get in a hurry.

Thanks Starship.  I have a c-3 and know its a pretty simple task there.  Opening the hood on the c-4 is intimidating to me. There''s stuff everwhere, especially on the left side.  You have given me more confidence, but we will see.  Thanks again

You''re welcome.  One step at a time, then move on. I''m sure that you''ll do just fine.
