I recently inherited a 64 coupe and have been trying to get her back in shape for the last few months. It was my brothers car and had been sitting for a couple of years. I finally have it on the road and feel confident on short daytime trips with it. Although it seems to have had the wiring harness updated, electrical problems abound. The car has a 350 bored, balanced and blue printed @ 500 hp, so I''ve been told. So far I have gutted and replaced the carpets, pulled and cleaned up the instrament cluster and changed all the bulbs in it. Put in some lap belts, replaced door locks and glove box lock and some door trim. Pulled and unseized one headlight motor and replaced the fuel pump, carb, battery, plugs and one radiator hose. Well enough said for now, it''s a beautiful day out today and I''m going to get her ready and go for a ride. Thanks Again. ntemvs. P.S. Bob Seger was my brothers favorite singer songwriter. I named the car night moves and plan to get ntemvs as a plate.
