I have a 1993 LT1 that is using gas like it thinks fuel is still $2.00 a gallon. There are no codes stored and the plugs are black when I take them out. Car has 94,000 miles. I had a leaky injector and replaced them all at the same time. The car starts fine but has no power and feels like its running on 4 cyclinders. I am looking for suggestions.

Have you checked fuel pressure? Takes 15 minutes. You might be able to rent a gauge from Advance / Zone. Check it static (motor off), idle with vacuum on regulator, idle with vacuum off of regulator, and pedal down (gauge taped to the windshield) The last test MIGHT not be absolutely necessary, depending on what you find. Glad to have ya'' on the boards there......

More details about new injectors ! Brand , stock size or larger. Fuel regulator the same. You can buy a noid light cheap at autozone and they may loan a fuel pressure guage. I bought mine for about $40.00. Here is more ammunition to peruse . http://www.mainstreamtopics.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=78
