I would not advise that. Usually it is okay to go up to 1 cm (.4 inch) offest, but any more is asking for trouble. Buy wider wheels and tires. Moving the stock wheels out by 1.5" will screw up suspension geometry (moves the tire center outward from its intended design point) and increase stress on the suspension arms by about 10% above what is designed. Installing wider wheels (say 12 or 13 inch width with the stock offset and 345 width tires will push the outer rim out about 1 to 1.5 inch. You might have to install a minitub kit on the inside but that''s how to do it right.
