Im looking at getting a 1998 Nassau Blue Coupe. It has @ 57,00 miles on the clock. It has Borla cat back exhaust, Vararam intake, and a dyno tune rated at 371 HP at the flywheel. Thats about 323 HP/348 TQ. Not bad, but this car also has a custom C5R hood and HUD. Very beautiful car. I had a 2006 Pontaic GTO before. Very fun car.

Its a good car. Standard stock puts out about 308-310 RWHP so if this tested at 323 the aftermarket parts are working well (no doubt because it has a very good tune): that 12-15 extra HP which is about the most no-BS power you''d ever really get from a catback and cold air. The car would respond well (with retuning, maybe another 20-25 HP now) to a set of long tube headers - 1 3/4 inch tubes unless you plan to really go hog wild with further mods. Anyway, sounds like a good car. Enjoy.

The RWHP and RWTQ numbers you list may be SAE-corrected, but if they are STD-corrected, the SAE-equivalent numbers will be lower. For example, my non-dyno-tuned 01 puts out 328.6/352.2 RWHP/RWTQ using STD, but only 320/343 RWHP/RWTQ if SAE-corrected on a Dynojet. By comparison, a stock 2002 Z06 that was dynoed on the same day, put out 361.7/347.2 RWHP/RWTQ (STD-corrected). I felt pretty good about having more torque, because that''s what you use most on the street, not HP. Make sure the differential seals are not leaking, all door locks work, there are no history codes that weren''t corrected, and the horn and fuel gauge are working. Good luck! Dave
