1) You can certainly find a stock back bumper at any good surplus year (wrecking yard), probably if you look around you can find a silver one. 2) You will likely find that the paint color will not match perfectly - most colors vary and fade over time depending on us and silver in particularly varies as to "grain" and sheen it had from the factory slightly, and it does fade a bit over time believe it or not, so the paint on a used bumper and on your car might vary slightly. Only way to tell is to check it up beside your car.
